  • 250 grams paneer, kata hua tukde (cottage cheese, cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 chammach lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • 1 chammach ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2 chammach amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Namak (salt) to taste
  • Pani (water) to make the batter
  • 2-3 chammach tel (oil) for frying

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek bade bartan mein besan, cornflour, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, ajwain, amchur powder, aur namak ko acche se mix karein.

  2. Thoda thoda pani daalkar ek smooth batter banayein, jisse ki paneer ko acche se coat kar sake.

  3. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.

  4. Paneer ke tukde ko batter mein dip karke achhe se coat karein.

  5. Garam tel mein paneer ko dal kar dheemi aanch par golden brown hone tak fry karein.

  6. Fry ki hui Paneer Pakora ko absorbent paper par nikal kar excess oil ko remove karein.

  7. Garama garam serve karein aur chutney ya sauce ke saath enjoy karein.
